Private coaching for people who are done talking about change and ready to move. No fluff, no performative positivity — just real conversations that lead to real decisions.
The résumé looks fine. The life looks fine. You feel stuck, scattered, or quietly restless — and you can't keep pretending it'll fix itself.
New plans, new routines, new resolutions. You know what to do. You just can't seem to keep doing it. You want structure that actually holds.
A career shift. A relationship change. A new chapter. You want to make the next move with clarity — not from fear, ego, or momentum.
Change doesn't begin with a plan. It begins the moment you stop negotiating with yourself and actually decide. We make that decision real — and make it stick.
Once you've committed, we design the path. What you actually want, what's been in the way, and the specific moves that turn intention into traction. You leave with a plan — not a mood.
This is where the work stops being theoretical. Small, repeatable actions. Course corrections instead of restarts. The life you decided on — aligned with what actually matters to you — becomes the life you're living.
I coach people who are quietly tired of their own excuses and ready to stop negotiating with themselves.
I spent 20 years in corporate, working across three countries and four languages, earning an MBA in Strategy along the way, and ultimately leaving as an executive. I didn't read about this work. I lived it. Now I help others build their version of the same.
Career pivots, geographic moves, identity shifts, the decision to walk away from a title and build something of my own — all navigated, all survived, all distilled into the work we do together. This is the method I used to change my own life, refined into something I can hand to you.
I'm now formalizing decades of practice through an ICF-accredited coaching certification. Because I'm still completing it, my rates reflect that stage — well below what I'll charge once fully credentialed. You get the depth of 20+ years at founding-client pricing, in exchange for being part of the group that helps shape this practice.
Two ways to start. Most people begin with a single session to feel the work, then move into the package once they know it's a fit.
After these spots are filled, rates rise. Single sessions to $150 · 3-session package to $395.
These are the rates — while they last. One 50-minute session. Perfect to test the fit.
Where the real work actually happens.
I'm currently completing my ICF-accredited certification. This founding-client pricing reflects that stage — and only that. Once I'm fully credentialed, rates will rise significantly. The work itself is the same.
Therapy is healing-focused and often looks backward. Coaching is action-focused and looks forward. If you're in crisis or processing trauma, a licensed therapist is the right first step. If you're stable and want structured forward movement, that's coaching.
Yes. This work isn't gendered. I coach anyone — any gender, any background — who shows up ready to do the work and tell the truth in the room.
Book a free 20-minute fit call. You'll get a feel for how I work, and I'll get a sense of what you're navigating. If we're not a match, I'll say so — and often point you to someone who is.
If after your first session you feel the fit isn't right, I'll refund the remaining sessions in a package — no questions. I want clients who want to be here.
There's a kind of quiet dissatisfaction that shows up when your life, from the outside, looks exactly like it's supposed to. A meditation on the gap you're not allowed to name.
